“Helping patients improve their sleep is incredibly rewarding. The effects of disturbed sleep are so far reaching; home and family life, job and school performance, mood disturbances, and overall health are impacted immensely. I tell all of my trainees and students what a gift it is to be able to help so many improve their quality of life.†- Dr. Soffler
