Mountainside Residential Care Center Receives National Recognition

Mountainside Residential Care Center, a member of the Westchester Medical Center Health Network (WMCHealth), has once again received the Women’s Choice Award for being one of America’s Best for Extended Care.

Bestowed by WomenCertified, Inc., the award cited the Margaretville center’s high commitment to quality, high health-inspection rating and high overall quality rating by the U.S. Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services.

This honor is given to fewer than 900 extended-care facilities out of more than 15,000 measured.

Besides the Women’s Choice Award, Mountainside is consistently recognized by U.S. News & World Report as one of the country’s best nursing homes.
