Living in the Hudson Valley

Our campus is located just 25 miles from New York City. Our employees can choose from a wide array of options for affordable living throughout the scenic Hudson Valley region.

The Hudson Valley is recognized as a National Heritage Area due to its unique combination of history, scenery, and culture. From mansions and museums to pristine parks and performing arts centers, the area is an ideal home for both young professionals and families. Many attractions and activities are just a few minutes' drive from the Valley including Manhattan, the historic areas of Sleepy Hollow, the Catskills and the Long Island Sound. Short day trips can take you to the Jersey shore, the Adirondack Mountains, and the Berkshires.

Commuting to Westchester Medical Center

Our campus is located in Valhalla, a small hamlet located in the town of Mount Pleasant, New York. Many of our employees live nearby, while others take advantage of the many fast and convenient methods of commuting throughout the Hudson Valley.

Westchester Medical Center is easily accessible by numerous bus routes and the Metro-North railroad, as well as via the Sprain Brook and Saw Mill River Parkways, and Routes 9, 100A, and 287.
